  • The airfare is dynamic and determined at the time of booking; it may change before the ticket is issued.
  • Regular cancellation fees apply (see below), and they could change at any time.
  • Any itinerary modifications made after confirmation could incur additional fees.
  • All reservations are contingent upon availability when paid for.
  • Confirmation is contingent upon the booking amount and full payment being received on time.

If You Cancel Your Holiday:

Days Before Departure Cancellation Charges
60 days or more 30% of total package cost
45 – 59 days 50% of total package cost
21 days or less 100% of total package cost

Note: –

  • In addition to the cancellation , 100% of the cost of any flight tickets purchased under non-refundable fare conditions will be incurred.
  • Regardless of cancellation notice, 100% of any additional services or components designated as non-refundable will be billed.
  • During business hours, all cancellations must be reported in writing.
  • It is not possible to apply cancellation fees to future reservations.

Cancellations Initiated by the Company

  • Any tour may be canceled or rescheduled by the company for the following reasons:
  • Low participation
  • Unsafe circumstances
  • Uncontrollable events (such as natural disasters or governmental directives)

In these situations:

  • There will be no further reimbursement for incidental or consequential losses (missed flights, other modes of transportation, etc.);
  • A complete refund or a rescheduled departure will be provided.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed in local currency.
  • The client is responsible for paying non-refundable deposits and fees to third-party suppliers.
  • Refunds do not cover outside arrangements that were not made through the company (such as airline tickets, visas, insurance, etc.).
  • Processing schedules differ and are influenced by payment methods and supplier conditions.
